There is no setup fee. On monthly billing you can cancel anytime. The Basic, Plus and Premium annual plans carry a 12-month commitment.
What happens when I reach the vehicle limit?
Nothing goes offline: registered vehicles stay on your website. What stops is adding a new vehicle, until you sell or archive one, change plans or turn on "Unlimited vehicles" in Custom.
Is there a free trial?

Plus is a fixed bundle with CRM, portals, documents, financing simulator and finance, for up to 100 vehicles and 10 people. Custom has the same limits in its base module (Inventory), but you pick module by module. If you use everything Plus offers, Plus is cheaper. If you only use part of it, compare both in the "Which plan fits your dealership?" table.
You have two paths. Premium already includes unlimited inventory, up to 25 users and invoices. If your store does not use everything, Custom with the "Unlimited vehicles" module removes the inventory cap, allows up to 25 users and adds more plate lookups, leads and emails, so you only pay for the modules you use.

No. RENAVE costs R$ 30.00 per registered vehicle, charged before the stock entry, and also covers that vehicle's exit. You can turn it on in any plan. SERPRO charges its own fee directly to the dealership: R$ 5.48 on entry and R$ 5.48 on exit. It is already available in the dashboard.
Yes, from the dashboard. With a card, moving to a bigger plan charges the prorated difference right away. With PIX, the new plan starts on the next payment. In Custom, adding a module unlocks it immediately and removing one takes effect at the end of the cycle, with no refund.
